Parts Big or Small, We Can Handle It
Liberty is one of only a few fabrication companies that has the capability to machine parts in a range of sizes, from pieces as small as a dime to machinery components larger than the average truck. For relatively smaller parts, we maintain CNC Turning equipment that can machine components with high accuracy and quality. For large or heavy parts, we have horizontal and vertical machining centers that can easily handle a range of sizes and weights.
Liberty also has a team of some of the best welders in the country, who produce world-class welds and are capable of several types of welding. We can supply traditional MIG-welded fabrications up to 20 tons, as well as Micro-Laser welding of nearly any alloy or tool steel. In addition to these two types of welding, we also have the capability to perform TIG, Micro TIG, and Laser TIG welding of stainless and alloy steels, and aluminum. Our welders’ attention to detail and dedication to quality is what sets them apart from the rest.
